Amelia A. Schwingle
Amelia Schwingle joined BCM Law, P.C. in 2016 in the Workers' Compensation Department. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced workers’ compensation defense in the Chicago-land area, representing employers throughout the state. She also spent her first year of practice representing injured workers. Amelia has argued at the Arbitration level, the Commission, the Circuit Court, and the Third District Appellate Court.
