Kaylyn (Kay) Ragsdale is the HR Coordinator at BCM Law, P.C. She specializes in human resources within the legal field. She oversees the onboarding and training of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the firm, manages employee relations and resolves issues, and assists with employee compensation and benefits packages. Additionally, Kay manages health plans, acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, and processes payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment for all staff members.

Kay also coordinates the recruiting process, setting up interviews for hiring managers and ensuring the selection of top talent. Passionate about improving and progressing workplace culture, she supports both employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the firm.

In her free time, Kay is involved with the All Stars Project, an organization that transforms the lives of youth in underestimated communities. The All Stars Project helps students find careers through internships, resume workshops, and other career development programs, building bridges through volunteer and direct partnership initiatives between supporters, their families, and the youth involved.
