Ivan Nieves serves as the Managing Partner at BCM Law, P.C., playing a pivotal role in the Firm's workers' compensation defense practice while lending his guidance to the Civil Litigation and Medicare Compliance Practice Groups. Renowned for his aggressive litigation skills, Ivan has successfully handled cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, at various venues, and both the Circuit and Appellate Courts. His knowledge of workers’ compensation law and devotion to the practice has made Ivan a trusted legal advisor for the Firm’s clients. His experience defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators has not only established him as a reliable legal advocate but has also positioned him as an industry leader.

Assuming the role of Managing Partner in 2019, Ivan has spearheaded significant growth, marked by the successful opening of a new office and transitioning BCM Law, P.C. to a hybrid remote work environment. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to modernization ensures that BCM Law, P.C. remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving legal landscape.
