Olga Sheinman
Olga Sheinman is a partner at BCM Law, P.C. specializing in defense of workers’ compensation claims for employers, insurers and third-party administrators.
After graduating from Tel Aviv University, Ms. Sheinman served six (6) years as a JAG Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). As a JAG Officer she provided counsel on matters of international law and administrative law including zoning and eminent domain issues; and defended IDF soldiers in court martial proceedings.
Upon her discharge from IDF, she joined the Haifa District Attorney Office as a Deputy District Attorney, and represented the DA Office in hundreds more of felony cases, from indictment through trials and settlement negotiations to their final resolution.
After relocating to the USA, Ms. Sheinman worked shortly as a paralegal for a personal injury / WC firm, and then pursued her J.D. at Chicago Kent.
In addition to English, Ms. Sheinman is completely fluent in Russian and Hebrew languages.
