Jose Cheesman is an experienced legal office administrator with over 30 years of experience in the legal field. As a Certified Legal Manager and holder of a Master of Science in Legal Administration, he skillfully supervises administrative staff, Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, and all aspects office operations.

Jose is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in legal management. His leadership ensures that BCM Law, P.C. operates efficiently, allowing lawyers, paralegals, and staff to focus on client interactions and case work, thereby enhancing the firm's overall productivity and effectiveness. Jose has volunteered and served over the years on the board of directors of the Chicago Chapter of the ALA, including in his capacity as CLM Director, Secretary, Treasurer, and Communications Director. Jose enjoys spending time with family and friends and can find him on his bike on the lakefront path.
