Austin T. Moore
Austin T. Moore has dedicated his legal career to defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation cases across Illinois.
He began his practice in 2018 with another Illinois defense firm and has since joined BCM Law, P.C. as a Partner. Austin specializes in workers' compensation litigation, representing clients through all stages, including trial and appeal.
Austin has extensive experience working with large insurance companies and defending employers in diverse industries such as manufacturing, construction, municipalities, food service, staffing, and airlines. His strategic approach focuses on resolving cases efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring his clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Austin graduated cum laude from the Northern Illinois College of Law in 2017. During law school, he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review and served as the President of the Federalist Society. He was also a board member of the Student Bar Association.
Austin resides in Chatham, Illinois, with his wife, Miranda, and their two children.
